You can cancel your subscription by emailing us at info@thefeelgoodfactory.com To cancel before your next box ships, let us know at least two business days before your next billing date, but please be aware early cancellation will incur a one-time cancellation fee of $75.

 

When are my boxes delivered?

We aim to deliver boxes within 7-10 days of your first order. After your first box, new orders will be received within the first week of each month.

What will be in my box?

In every box, you’ll get 3-5 products worth $120-150! Also if you filled out our Sub Box Quiz, there will be extra additives in your box that are curated to your preferences!

Can I choose the products in my box?

Each month has its own curated items, but we also offer a custom subscription box with limited options. Click HERE to check out our custom FEEL GOOD BOX.

What is your refund policy?

Due to cannabis law, we do not allow returns or substitutions of products to The Feel Good Factory. If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment of products, or if you are otherwise unhappy with any product, please contact us at info@thefeelgoodfactory.com and we will make it right. We must receive notice of a damaged or incomplete shipment within three (3) days of receipt of your box (date based on delivery confirmation receipt). Any refunds or replacements will be handled on a case by case basis.
